Seagate unveils the 3rd generation of SV35 Series surveillance specific hard disk drives. The SV35 Series now features up to 1-TB (Terabyte)capacity in a single 3.5 inch form factor, Serial ATA 3Gbps performance, and second generation perpendicular recording technology. The 3rd generation of SV35 also boasts an increase cache size (32MB)for higher performance video streaming, and unmatched reliability for use in surveillance digital video recorders.
