Axsys' FieldPro5X offers an extraordinarily clear long range
thermal image with the convenience of continuous zoom
from 100 to 500mm. Its horizontal field of view extends
smoothly from 5.5° to 1.1°. The FieldPro5X utilizes advanced
cooled InSb photodetector technology in a 320 x 256, 30?m
pitch focal plane array, or optionally a 640 x 512, 15?m
pitch focal plane array for maximum resolution (FieldPro-S),
and operates in the 3–5?m spectral region — the best
choice for marine and high humidity environments. Axsys'
proprietary environmentally sealed, dry nitrogen backfilled
enclosure ensures simple secure installation and stability
over variable temperatures and conditions and negates the
need for additional housings to protect the thermal camera
system. The FieldPro5X employs remotely controlled and
user-friendly plug and play operation.
